Job Summary We are seeking a highly competent and detail-oriented Corporate Lawyer to manage the organization’s legal and compliance framework. The role requires strong ownership, expertise in legal drafting, and the ability to proactively identify, mitigate, and manage legal risks across business operations. Key Responsibilities Independently draft, review, vet, and negotiate contracts including agreements, NDAs, vendor contracts, and other commercial documents. Drafting and vetting of company policies and agreements entered into with external entities. Prepare and review legal notices, replies, and responses to queries raised by quasi-judicial authorities, market regulators, labor law authorities, and other statutory bodies. Ensure strict compliance with applicable Indian laws, regulations, and internal corporate policies. Provide practical, risk-mitigated legal advice to management on day-to-day business operations. Advise on legal matters under key laws including: Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008 Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999 Income Tax Act, 1961 Stamp Laws and other applicable regulations Handle corporate legal documentation, filings, and statutory requirements. Coordinate with regulatory authorities including Registrar of Companies, Income Tax Authorities, and other government bodies. Draft banking-related documents such as resolutions and agreements. Manage legal disputes, notices, and litigation in a solution-oriented manner. Liaise with external counsel, consultants, and regulatory authorities. Establish and maintain organized legal records and documentation systems. Monitor applicability of laws and ensure effective and timely compliance. Additional Responsibilities Provide legal support for the Group Company, Sara Analytics Private Limited, in alignment with the responsibilities outlined above. Assist in reducing litigation exposure through proactive legal strategy and risk management. Ensure clear boundaries by not undertaking Company Secretarial work, in compliance with Bar Council of India regulations. Requirements LLB / LLM from a reputed institution. 5+ years of relevant experience in corporate/commercial law. Strong command over Indian corporate and regulatory laws. Proven expertise in legal drafting, vetting, and contract negotiation. High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and accountability. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Attributes Ability to work in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
