Technical Project Manager

Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with strong hands-on expertise in Java technologies to lead and manage enterprise-grade software development projects. The ideal candidate should have a solid technical background in Java development along with proven experience in project delivery, stakeholder management, team leadership, and Agile methodologies.This role requires a balance of technical leadership and project management capabilities to drive successful execution of complex projects while ensuring quality, scalability, and timely delivery.. Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end software project execution from requirement gathering to deployment and support.Manage cross-functional teams including developers, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders.Provide technical guidance and architectural inputs for Java-based applications.Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.Track project timelines, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation.Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to define project scope and business objectives.Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines.Review technical designs, code quality, and application performance.Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and documentation for leadership.Mentor engineering teams and support technical problem-solving.Coordinate release management and production deployments.Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical SkillsStrong hands-on experience in Core Java, Java 8/11+, and J2EE technologies.Experience with Spring Boot, Microservices Architecture, REST APIs, and Hibernate.Good understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS/Azure.Experience with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.Familiarity with messaging systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.Understanding of system design, scalability, and performance optimization.Project Management SkillsProven experience managing enterprise software development projects.Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.Experience with Jira, Confluence, and project tracking tools.Excellent stakeholder communication and team management skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.Interested candidate can share their resume on
