The consultant will be responsible for implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion Talent Management modules, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.This role requires strong functional expertise in: ✅ Oracle Fusion Talent Management (Core Talent) ✅ Performance Management ✅ Goal Management ✅ Learning / Recruiting (preferred)You will work closely with business stakeholders and internal delivery teams to configure solutions, provide functional guidance, and ensure successful project delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Talent Management implementationsConduct requirement gathering, workshops, and fit-gap analysis with clientsConfigure Talent modules including Performance, Goals, Career Development, and Succession PlanningSupport Learning and Recruiting modules (if applicable)Provide functional expertise and best-practice recommendationsManage UAT, data validation, and go-live supportPrepare functional documentation (BRD, FDD, test cases, user guides)Resolve functional issues and provide post-go-live supportCollaborate with technical teams for integrations and reporting requirementsQualificationsProven experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Talent Management implementationsStrong knowledge of:Performance ManagementGoal ManagementCareer DevelopmentSuccession Planning(Learning and Recruiting are an added advantage)Prior consulting experience with client-facing responsibilitiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsBachelor’s degree in IT / Business / HR or related fieldOracle Fusion Talent Management certification is a plusAbility to work from Jaipur/Pune Location
