Python and AI Engineer

Experience: 2 – 5 YearsLocation: Jaipur Employment Type: Full-Time About the RoleWe are looking for a passionate Python Developer with hands-on experience in AI, Machine Learning, and automation to join our technology team. The ideal candidate should have strong programming skills in Python, a solid understanding of data structures, and the ability to design and deploy AI-driven solutions that solve real-world business challenges.You will work on projects involving data automation, predictive analytics, LLM-based workflows, and AI integrations across web and backend systems.Key Responsibilities●Develop, test, and deploy AI/ML-powered applications using Python frameworks and libraries.●Build and maintain data processing pipelines for model training and inference.●Implement Machine Learning, NLP for automation or analytics use cases.●Integrate AI models and APIs into FastAPI / Flask / Django-based web applications.●Collaborate with data scientists, backend developers, and product teams to productionize models.●Work with large datasets, perform data cleaning, feature engineering, and optimization.●Write reusable, maintainable, and efficient Python code following best practices.●Conduct performance testing, debugging, and code optimization.●Stay updated with the latest trends in AI, LLMs (OpenAI etc), and Python ecosystem.Required Technical Skills●Strong experience in Python 3.x and related frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, Django).●Proficiency in NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.●Hands-on experience with API integration, data parsing, and automation scripts.●Familiarity with Natural Language Processing (NLP) or LLM APIs (OpenAI, LangChain, HuggingFace).●Experience with data visualization (Matplotlib, Plotly, Seaborn) and model evaluation metrics.●Database experience with MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB.●Version control using Git / GitHub / GitLab.●Exposure to cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker).Preferred Skills●Experience in RPA (Selenium, Playwright, or PyAutoGUI).●Familiarity with MLOps concepts — model tracking, deployment, CI/CD for ML.●Experience with FastAPI-based microservices and asynchronous programming.●Knowledge of data scraping, ETL pipelines, or AI chatbots.●Understanding of vector databases (Pinecone, Chroma, Weaviate) and embedding models.Qualifications●Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field.●2–5 years of hands-on experience in Python development with AI/ML exposure.●Demonstrated experience working on end-to-end AI projects or automation tools.Soft Skills●Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.●Excellent communication and collaboration skills.●Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality outputs.●Curious, experimental, and eager to learn emerging AI tools.About Zoolarity Labs:Zoolarity Labs is a Boston, U.S.A and Jaipur, India based startup.
