We are committed to our clients’ long-term success and combine global reach with local client attention to serve them in over 50 countries around the globe.· Job Title: SAP Program and Project Management· Location: Bangalore· Experience: 7+ yrs· Job Type : Contract to hire.· Notice Period:- Immediate joiners.Mandatory Skills:We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our enterprisewide SAP S4HANA implementation This role is responsible for the successful planning execution and delivery of this critical business transformation initiative You will provide strategic direction and handson management ensuring the project is completed on time within budget and to the highest quality standards As a key member of the PMO you will collaborate with executive leadership business stakeholders and technical teams to drive the project forwardKey ResponsibilitiesProject Leadership Direct and manage the entire project plan from initial planning and blueprinting through realization golive and hypercare supportStrategic Planning Develop and maintain the integrated project plan scope deliverables timelines resource requirements and budgetStakeholder Management Serve as the primary point of contact for all projectrelated communications effectively engaging with and reporting to executive sponsors business leaders and key stakeholdersRisk Issue Management Proactively identify project risks and issues developing mitigation strategies and driving resolutions to minimize impactVendor Resource Management Oversee implementation partners and thirdparty vendors ensuring accountability and adherence to SOWs Coordinate and lead a crossfunctional team of internal and external resourcesFinancial Oversight Manage the project budget tracking expenditures and ensuring financial objectives are metPMO Alignment Champion and adhere to the project management methodologies governance standards and tools established by the Project Management Office PMORequired Qualifications Experience10 years of progressive project management experience with a focus on largescale ERP implementationsA minimum of 23 full lifecycle SAP S4HANA implementation or migration projects in a leadership roleDemonstrated experience managing projects with significant budgets eg 5M and large globally distributed teamsExperience with FinTech integrations to SAPExpertise in SAP implementation methodologies particularly SAP ActivatePMP Project Management Professional or equivalent certification is requiredStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams negotiate with vendors and influence stakeholders at all levelsBachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology or a related fieldPreferred QualificationsExperience with S4HANA implementations in a Specify Industry eg Manufacturing Retail etc environmentMasters degree MBA or MS in a relevant fieldCertification in Agile methodologies eg CSM SAFeMandatory Skills : Resource Management,Stakeholder Management,Benefits Management,Quality Management,Project Planning,Scope & Change Management,Schedule Management,Project Financial Management,Risk/Crisis Management,Project Governance
