Senior UI/UX Designer (SaaS/Tech)

We’re Hiring: Senior UI/UX Designer (SaaS | Product Focus) Throttll is seeking a creative, empathetic, and detail-oriented Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the user experience and visual design for our flagship B2B SaaS platform. This is a crucial, full-time, remote role where you will own the end-to-end design process—from initial research and wireframing to high-fidelity visual design—ensuring our product is intuitive, accessible, and drives user delight and retention globally. Type: Full-Time (Immediate Joining Preferred) Salary: (Competitive, based on market and location) Key ResponsibilitiesDesign Strategy & Execution UX Leadership: Define and champion the overall product experience and visual design strategy, translating complex business requirements and user needs into simple, elegant, and effective design solutions. Design Lifecycle Ownership: Own the full design process: conducting user research (interviews, surveys), creating information architecture, producing wireframes, developing prototypes, and delivering high-fidelity mockups. Design System Management: Contribute to and rigorously maintain our comprehensive design system , ensuring consistency, scalability, and accessibility standards across all product surfaces. User Research & Validation Data-Driven Design: Work closely with the Product Management team to define key product metrics, and use quantitative data (analytics) and qualitative feedback (usability tests) to validate designs and drive iterative improvements. Testing & Iteration: Plan and execute usability testing sessions, A/B tests, and rapid prototyping to quickly validate hypotheses and gather actionable insights on user behavior. Collaboration & Guidance Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate effectively with Product Managers and Software Engineers in a distributed Agile environment to ensure technical feasibility, consistency, and timely implementation of design features. Mentorship: Mentor and provide constructive feedback to junior designers, fostering a remote culture of design excellence and customer empathy within the team. RequirementsProven Experience: 5+ years of dedicated experience in a UI/UX design role, with at least 2 years focused specifically on a B2B or complex Enterprise SaaS product . Technical Proficiency: Expert-level mastery of modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD ). Strong understanding of responsive design principles and web accessibility standards (WCAG). Tool Mastery: Proficiency in remote collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and user testing platforms (e.g., UserTesting, Hotjar). Skills: Exceptional visual design sensibility, strong information hierarchy skills, and the ability to articulate design decisions clearly and persuasively to non-design stakeholders via verbal and written communication.
