- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals & social media - Screen resumes and schedule interviews - Coordinate with candidates & hiring managers - Maintain recruitment trackers and reports - Support employer branding activities- Assist in maintaining employee records & documentation - Support compliance processes (PF, ESIC, onboarding docs) - Help in preparing reports and HR data - Ensure HR policies are followed - Coordinate with the HR team for audits & checks
