Job Description:
1. Employee Onboarding Management Execute and oversee end-to-end onboarding process ensuring smooth and engaging experience for new hires. Identify gaps and pain points in current onboarding practices and propose actionable improvements. Create and maintain dashboards and MIS reports at defined frequencies (weekly, monthly). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements and close gaps within the scope of onboarding. 2. Grievance Handling & Resolution Manage employee grievance redressal mechanism, ensuring time and empathetic resolution within TAT. Maintain logs and grievance dashboards with trend analysis for business insights. Identify recurring issues and propose preventive measures and policy/process improvements. Drive closure of identified improvement areas. 3. Employee-Employer Relationship Management Build and maintain healthy employee relations within assigned geography / Verticals. Address concerns through regular connects, conflict resolution, and support to managers. Process employee movements (transfers, department changes, etc.). Identify department-specific training and development needs. Recommend targeted HR interventions. Share weekly, fortnightly, and monthly dashboards for leadership review. 4. Employee Offboarding & Exit Experience Lead smooth and respectful employee offboarding processes including exit interviews in the defined verticals. Analyze resignation trends to identify underlying issues across company Develop and maintain dashboards to highlight exit data, trends, and insights. Propose interventions to reduce attrition and improve employee satisfaction. Ensure all outgoing employees have a consistent and pleasant exit experience.
