We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Panchakarma Therapist to join our Ayurvedic wellness team. The therapist will be responsible for performing authentic Panchakarma therapies under the guidance of an Ayurvedic doctor, ensuring high standards of hygiene, patient comfort, and therapeutic effectiveness.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform Panchakarma therapies such as Abhyanga, Shirodhara, Swedana, Nasya, Basti, Pizhichil, Lepana, etc.Prepare therapy materials including oils, decoctions, and herbal pastes as prescribedEnsure proper patient comfort, and post-therapy careMaintain cleanliness and sterilization of therapy rooms and equipmentFollow Ayurvedic protocols and doctor’s instructions strictlyMaintain therapy records and daily logsEducate patients on post-therapy lifestyle and care (as guided)Uphold clinic ethics, discipline, and professionalismEligibility CriteriaDiploma / Certificate in Panchakarma Therapy / Ayurvedic TherapyFreshers with proper training or 1 year of experience preferredGood knowledge of Ayurvedic therapies and basic anatomyPhysically fit and able to perform therapiesPolite, patient-friendly, and well-groomedKnowledge of hygiene and safety standardsPreferred SkillsHands-on experience in classical Panchakarma proceduresAbility to work in a teamBasic communication skills (Hindi / English)Passion for Ayurveda and holistic healingSalary & BenefitsSalary: As per experience & skillPerformance-based incentivesTraining and growth opportunitiesSupportive and ethical work environment
