Pharmacy Manager

Role Overview: The Pharmacy Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth, efficient, and compliant pharmacy operations, maintaining medication safety, managing pharmacy staff, and supporting quality patient care.Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations of inpatient and outpatient pharmacy services Ensure accurate dispensing of medications and compliance withdrug safety regulations Manage pharmacy inventory, procurement, and vendor coordination Maintain proper storage, documentation, and expiry management of drugs Supervise and train pharmacists and support staff Coordinate with clinical teams to ensure availability of essential medicines Implement quality standards and monitor pharmacy audits Ensure compliance withNABH and regulatory guidelinesPreferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree inPharmacy (B.Pharm / M.Pharm) Minimum5 years of experiencein hospital pharmacy management Strong knowledge of hospital drug formulary, narcotics handling & regulatory norms Excellent leadership, communication, and operational management skills Ability to manage inventory, budgets, and pharmacy staff efficientlyWhy Join NIMS Hospital?
