Store Incharge – Machine Maintenance Store

Key Responsibilities:Maintain proper stock of raw materials, machinery spare parts, and maintenance itemsHandle store operations including material inward, outward, and inventory recordsHave working knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems (hydraulic seals, pneumatic seals, O-rings, oil seals, hoses, etc.)Knowledge of nut bolts, fasteners, bearings, belts, oils, and greasesEnsure minimum stock levels and raise purchase requisitions on timeIssue materials to production and maintenance teams as per requirementMaintain a clean, organized, and systematic store layoutSupport the maintenance team during machine breakdowns by identifying required partsCoordinate with vendors for material availability, rates, and deliveriesConduct regular stock verification and prepare inventory reportsRequired Skills & Knowledge:Experience in store management in a manufacturing unit (tiles/blocks industry preferred)Basic to good knowledge of machine maintenance spare partsUnderstanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systemsInventory management and documentation skillsBasic computer knowledge (MS Excel preferred)Good coordination, discipline, and responsibility
