Role : Shift Maintenance Engineer (Electrical)Designation : ManagerResponsibilitiesEnsure the smooth and reliable operation of machinery and equipment by performing routine Electrical & Electronics Maintenance tasks.Diagnose root causes of equipment failures accurately and efficiently.Perform repairs, including replacing parts and making necessary electrical adjustments.Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies and procedures to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime.Respond promptly to equipment faults and breakdowns to reduce operational interruptions.Maintain accurate and detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance.Document any issues or problems encountered during maintenance and repairs.Ensure all machinery, systems, and maintenance activities comply with health, safety, and environmental standards and regulations.Lead and supervise the maintenance team to ensure high standards of work quality and safety adherence.Preferred candidate profileHands-on experience with different operating systems such as Siemens, Fanuc, Mitsubishi, etc.Strong technical knowledge of specialized equipment, including PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers) and CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines.Sound understanding and application of engineering principles related to machinery maintenance and repair.Experience : 3-7 YearsQualification : B.Tech/BEShift Type : Rotational Shifts
