About The CompanyTata Communications Redefines Connectivity with Innovation and IntelligenceDriving the next level of intelligence powered by Cloud, Mobility, Internet of Things, Collaboration, Security, Media services and Network services, we at Tata Communications are envisaging a New World of CommunicationsJob Description – NBAD Engineer-NBAD-L2Role: NBAD Engineer – AristaLocation: JaipurQualificationB.E./ B.Tech in IT/CS/ECE or MCA/ M.Sc. inComputer Science or ITExperience: 2- 5 yrsCertifications: Proposed OEM Level CertificationKey ResponsibilitiesManage and monitor Arista NBAD (Network Behaviour Anomaly Detection) platform.Continuously analyse behavioural anomalies in network traffic.Detect deviations, patterns, and threats using NBAD analytics.Fine-tune NBAD detection rules and thresholds for optimal performance.Coordinate with networking and SOC teams for incident verification.Prepare daily/weekly reports on anomalies and recommended actions.Ensure platform health, upgrades, and optimisation.Skills & CompetenciesEducational Qualification should be B.E./ B.Tech in IT/CS/ECE or MCA/ M.Sc. in Computer Science or IT with 3+ years relevant experienceHands-on experience with Arista NBAD or any anomaly detection tool.Strong understanding of network security, traffic flow, and behavioural anomalies.Hands-on experience in SOC operations or network security monitoring.Knowledge of cyber threats, DDoS patterns, scanning, and insider threats.Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.Good Analytical & Problem Solving skillsAble to communicate with technical staff/managementFlexible to work after office and over weekend if requiredHighly motivated & customer centricFlexible to work in 24/7 environments
