Admission Counsellor

Role Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and student-centric Admission & Student Counsellor to manage the complete student lifecycle, from counselling and converting prospective students during the admission cycle to providing post-admission mentoring.Key Responsibilities:Counsel prospective students on courses, career opportunities, and admission processes while handling inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and meetings.Follow up with leads consistently to convert them into admissions and achieve assigned enrollment targets.Manage and mentor an assigned portfolio of enrolled students after the admission cycle.Provide career guidance, goal setting, and continuous student support.Assist students with resume building, profile development, and interview preparation.Conduct grooming sessions and ensure high student engagement, satisfaction, retention, and overall success.Eligibility Criteria:Graduate in any discipline (Required)1 - 3 years of experience in admissions, counselling, or EdTechFreshers with strong communication skills may applyRequired Skills:Excellent communication and counselling skillsLead conversion and persuasion abilityStudent engagement and follow-up expertiseBasic career guidance knowledgeCRM and MS Excel proficiencyApply Now:Email: WhatsApp: 9909990567/ 9909990482
