We are seeking passionate academicians and industry professionals who can contribute to academic excellence, innovation, and research.Positions Required (1 each)• UX and Communication Design• AVGC-XR Design (Animation, Visual Effects, Gaming, Comics, Extended Reality)• Interior and Product DesignKey Responsibilities• Deliver undergraduate and postgraduate courses in the respective specialization• Develop curriculum and innovative teaching methodologies aligned with industry standards• Guide student projects, dissertations, and research activities• Contribute to academic administration and accreditation processes• Engage in research, publications, consultancy, and industry collaborations• Organize workshops, seminars, and guest lectures• Mentor students for placements, internships, and competitionsEligibility Criteria• Master’s Degree in relevant Design discipline (M.Des / Equivalent) with strong academic record• Ph.D. in relevant field (preferred as per UGC norms)• 8–10 years of teaching/industry experience, including 2–3 years as Assistant Professor• Strong portfolio showcasing academic, professional, and research work• Proven record of publications or industry engagementRequired Skill Set• Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe Suite, Blender, Unreal Engine, CAD tools, etc.• Strong understanding of design thinking and user-centered design• Excellent communication, mentoring, and leadership skills• Ability to integrate industry insights into academic deliveryPreferred Qualifications• Industry experience with reputed organizations or studios• Experience in interdisciplinary collaboration and innovation labs• Exposure to accreditation frameworks (NAAC, NBA, etc.)How to Apply
