The role focuses on improving enquiry-to-admission conversion through strong team leadership, structured follow-ups, process discipline, and performance reporting.Location & TypeLocation: Jaipur, Rajasthan (On-site)Employment Type: Full-timeKey ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end admissions calling operations (inbound + outbound)Manage, coach, and drive performance for a team of callers/counselors and team leadsOwn the admissions funnel: enquiry → counseling → campus visit → application → admissionSet daily/weekly/monthly targets and monitor KPIs (connect rate, follow-up adherence, conversion %, TAT, productivity, quality)Build and optimize scripts, objection-handling guides, and follow-up cadenceEnsure strong CRM/lead management discipline (allocation, tracking, closures, data hygiene)Conduct call audits and coaching to improve counseling quality and complianceCoordinate with Marketing (lead quality/campaign feedback) and Admissions (process updates, seat status)Publish dashboards and performance reports for leadership reviewsRequired Skills & ExperienceExperience leading a call center / inside sales / admissions teamStrong people management (hiring, training, coaching, performance management)Comfortable with CRM tools and reporting (Excel/Google Sheets)Strong communication in Hindi and EnglishAbility to build processes and scale a conversion-focused operationPreferredEducation admissions experienceExposure to performance incentives, quality monitoring, and SOP creationWalk-in InterviewsWalk-in interviews are happening at Arya Medical College and Hospital (Jaipur) F-29 Omaxe City, Ajmer Road, Jaipur,302042.
