Job Title:- Admissions CounsellorOpen Position: (Jaipur Local Preferred)1 Senior Admission Counsellor3 Junior Admission CounsellorsLocation:Taxila Business School, MansarovarSalary Range: ₹25,000-50,000Reports To: Head – AdmissionsWe are hiring only candidates from Jaipur for multiple positions in our admissions department. This includes 1 Senior Admission Counsellor who will act as the team lead and 3 Junior Admission Counsellors who will support the admissions process. The team will handle student admission enquiries, guide applicants through the admission process, and work collaboratively to achieve enrollment targets.Key Responsibilities (Senior Role)Act as the first point of contact for student/parent admission enquiries.Guide students in choosing suitable courses/programs based on their academic background and career aspirations.Lead and supervise a team of admission counsellors to achieve enrollment targets.Ensure timely follow-ups with leads through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.Maintain updated records of enquiries, leads, and admissions in CRM/software.Conduct admission counseling sessions, webinars, and seminars for prospective students.Coordinate with operations and marketing teams for smooth execution of admission campaigns.Train junior counsellors to improve their counselling and conversion skills.Regularly prepare and share admission progress reports with management. Key Responsibilities (Junior Role)Handle student/parent admission enquiries.Guide students in selecting suitable courses/programs.Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and in-person interactions.Maintain enquiry and admission records in CRM/software.Assist in admission campaigns, seminars, and webinars.Requirements (Senior & Junior)Graduate/Postgraduate in Management, Education, or related field.Proven ability to convert enquiries into admissions.Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.Familiarity with CRM tools and admission processes.Ability to work under pressure and achieve monthly/quarterly admission targets.Senior Role: Leadership and team management experience preferred.
