This role is responsible for reviewing job files, photos, and supporting documentation related to property preservation and field service work, ensuring all submissions meet internal quality and documentation standards before finalization.This is a non-voice, back-office role that requires a high level of accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail, particularly when reviewing visual and written documentation.Key ResponsibilitiesReview property preservation job files to ensure all required photos and documents are accurately submittedVerify before, during, and after photos to confirm work completion and proper documentationCheck image clarity, completeness, time stamps, and adherence to company photo guidelinesIdentify missing photos, incorrect documentation, or incomplete job detailsEnsure all job files comply with internal quality standards and client requirementsFlag discrepancies, errors, or quality issues and coordinate with internal teams or vendors for correctionMaintain accurate records of reviewed files, quality findings, and follow‑up actionsConsistently follow documented processes and quality control checklistsRequired Skills & Qualifications6 months to 2 years of experience in property preservation, field service documentation, quality checking, or back‑office operations (BPO/KPO environment preferred)Strong attention to detail, particularly when reviewing photos and supporting documentationBasic computer proficiency with the ability to manage, review, and organize digital files efficientlyAbility to follow instructions and adhere to quality standards consistentlyComfortable working independently in a structured, process‑driven environmentWilling and able to work on a night shift scheduleMust have a personal laptop suitable for work requirementsPreferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)Prior experience in property preservation, mortgage field services, or similar industriesFamiliarity with photo‑based quality audits or compliance reviewsShift ScheduleNight Shift: 9:30 PM IST – 6:30 AM IST
