Senior QuickBase, Fulcrum Application Support Specialist Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced professional with 20 years of expertise in application support, system enhancements, and process automation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing diverse applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving operational efficiency through innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities: Provide production support for critical applications, including ArcGIS, QuickBase, Fulcrum, Perceptive, Joint-use, CAD Fiber Networking, and Unit Billing Automation. • Address diverse support needs such as: • User access management. • Application functionality troubleshooting. • Resolving operational challenges. • Implementing system enhancements. • Delivering user training to ensure optimal application usage. • Collaborate with engineering teams to design and develop innovative applications, automating repetitive processes and improving workflow efficiency. • Play an integral role in managing the Procore application by: • Developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). • Acquiring in-depth knowledge of its operations to support and enhance its functionality.
