The role requires strong planning, coordination, and leadership skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per quality standards.Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Execution Manage thecomplete project lifecyclefrom mobilisation to final handover Plan and executecivil, finishing, and interior worksfor residential projects Prepare and trackproject schedules, budgets, and resource plans Ensure execution as perapproved drawings, specifications, and BOQs Team & Contractor Management Lead and coordinatesite engineers, supervisors, and execution teams Managecontractors, vendors, and subcontractorsfor timely execution Conduct regular site meetings and progress reviews Ensure productivity, quality, and discipline at site Quality, Safety & Compliance Ensurequality controlacross RCC, masonry, plaster, waterproofing, finishing, and interiors Implement quality checklists and inspection processes Enforcesite safety norms and statutory compliances Resolve technical and execution challenges at site Finishing & Interior Management Overseefinishing works : flooring, painting, façade, waterproofing, external finishes Manageinterior works : false ceiling, partitions, joinery, modular furniture, fixtures & fittings Coordinate withdesign, interior, and MEP teamsfor seamless execution Cost Control & Reporting Monitorproject costs, material consumption, and wastage Review and certifymeasurements, RA bills, and contractor bills Prepare and submitDPRs, MIS, progress and cost reports Identify risks and implement corrective actions Client & Stakeholder Coordination Act as key contact forclients, consultants, and internal stakeholders Conduct site walkthroughs, inspections, and snag closure Manageproject handover and final documentationSkills Required Strong expertise inresidential civil construction, finishing & interiors Thorough understanding ofRCC, structural works, masonry, waterproofing, and finishing Ability to read and coordinatearchitectural, structural, interior, and MEP drawings Strong planning, execution, andcost control skills Excellentleadership, communication, and coordination abilities Proficiency inAutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Project / Primavera (preferred)Experience & Qualification B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering Minimum3–5 years as Project Manager / Senior Site Managerinresidential construction projectshandling end-to-end execution Mandatory experience inresidential finishing and interior worksPreferred Attributes Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to managemultiple residential projects Quality-driven and deadline-oriented approach Willingness to besite-based in Jaipur
