At Reidius Infra, you will join a collaborative team committed to transforming clients’ dreams into reality through quality construction and dedicated project management.About the RoleReidius Infra invites applications for the position of Site Supervisor to ensure effective supervision of on-site construction activities, adherence to quality standards, safety compliance, and timely coordination with contractors and senior management. The role requires mandatory daily site visits and strict compliance with approved construction practices.Responsibilities- Conduct daily site inspections to ensure execution of work in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and timelines. - Review, verify, and maintain Contractor Reports, Daily Labour Reports (DLR), and Daily Progress Reports (DPR). - Supervise labour deployment and coordinate with contractors to ensure smooth and uninterrupted site operations. - Verify receipt of construction materials, ensure usage of approved brands, and provide systematic material quality feedback. - Monitor and ensure proper curing procedures, including watering schedules and use of jute bags as per standards. - Ensure compliance with specified mortar mix ratios and workmanship quality. - Monitor and enforce site safety and operational checkpoints. - Implement and adhere to technical instructions and recommendations issued by senior engineers and project management. - Ensure high standards of site cleanliness, housekeeping, and material organisation. - Enforce labour safety norms, including mandatory use of safety helmets, gloves, and safety footwear.Qualifications- Diploma in Civil Engineering, or - Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) / Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Civil EngineeringRequired Skills- Up to 1–3 years of residential construction experience in site supervision or construction executionPay range and compensation packageCompetitive salary based on experience and qualifications.Equal Opportunity StatementReidius Infra is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
