Role Overview We’re hiring aSenior Google & Meta Ads Expertto lead and optimize performance marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is analytical, result-oriented, and experienced in scaling ad performance across both Google and Meta platforms. Key Responsibilities Plan, manage, and optimize campaigns onMeta (Facebook & Instagram)andGoogle Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) . Conduct detailedaudience and keyword researchto refine targeting and improve reach. RunA/B testson creatives, copy, and targeting to enhance performance. Monitorbudgets, ROI, and performance metrics(CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.). Collaborate with creative teams for ad visuals and messaging alignment. Analyze data to identify optimization and scaling opportunities. Stay updated withplatform changes, policies, and new ad features . Provide clear reports and actionable insights to internal teams or clients. Requirement Proven experience inGoogle AdsandMeta Ads Manager . Strong understanding of key performance metrics —ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA , and funnel strategies. Experience managinghigh-budget campaignsacross multiple industries. Knowledge ofGoogle Analytics ,Meta Events Manager , and conversion tracking. Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
