Position: DSA Trainer (C++/Java) Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in DSA training or mentorship Location: Jaipur Key Responsibilities: Deliver structured training sessions on Data Structures & Algorithms using C++ and Java Prepare students for coding platforms (CodeChef, LeetCode, Codeforces, HackerRank, etc.) Design problem sets, assignments, projects, and mock tests Conduct mock coding interviews for MNC placement readiness Provide personalized mentorship and feedback to improve problem-solving skills Stay updated with competitive programming trends and techniques Collaborate with the team to enhance training content and placement outcomes Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in training/mentoring DSA & competitive programming Proficiency in C++ and Java with strong algorithmic knowledge 3★+ rating on CodeChef (or equivalent on other platforms) 1000+ problems solved across platforms (LeetCode, Codeforces, HackerRank, etc.) Excellent communication & presentation skills Proven record of preparing students for technical interviews at top-tier companies
