Apki Return, a leading tax advisory company, is seeking a motivated and articulate Telecaller to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in acquiring new clients and promoting our tax advisory services. Responsibilities - - Conduct outbound calls to potential clients from assigned leads or cold-calling lists. - Effectively communicate the benefits of our tax advisory services, tailoring your approach to each client's specific needs and concerns. - Schedule appointments for consultations with tax advisors. - Maintain accurate records of calls, including details of conversations and appointment scheduling. - Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries professionally and courteously. - Follow up with potential clients to confirm appointments and gauge their interest. - Contribute to a positive and professional work environment. Qualifications - - Minimum of 1 year of experience in telecalling or a similar customer service role. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients over the phone. - Strong listening and comprehension skills to understand client needs and inquiries. - Clear and confident telephone presence with professional conduct. - Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). - A basic understanding of tax terminology would be beneficial. - Ability to work independently while adhering to company guidelines and deadlines. - Time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. - A positive and results-oriented attitude.
