Job Title:Location Jaipur Finance & Accounting Executive – R2R (Record to Report)Rotational shift ,Immediate joiner Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance & Accounting professional with strong expertise in Reconciliation, Month-End Close, Journal Entries, and Invoicing. The role involves ensuring financial accuracy, identifying mismatches, and supporting timely financial reporting.Key Responsibilities:1. ReconciliationPerform bank, balance sheet, and intercompany reconciliationsInvestigate and resolve discrepancies and mismatchesEnsure all reconciling items are cleared within defined timelines2. Month-End CloseExecute end-to-end month-end closing activitiesEnsure accurate and timely reporting as per deadlinesCoordinate with cross-functional teams for closure activities3. Journal EntriesPrepare and post journal entries (including accruals, prepayments, adjustments)Validate supporting documentation for all entriesEnsure compliance with accounting standards and policies4. Mismatch & Issue ResolutionIdentify financial mismatches and root causesWork with internal teams to resolve discrepanciesMaintain proper audit trails and documentation5. InvoicingCreate and process customer/vendor invoicesEnsure accuracy in billing and compliance with contractual termsHandle invoice-related queries and correctionsQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce2–5 years of relevant experience in R2R / General Ledger accountingKey Skills:Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles (GAAP/IFRS basics)Hands-on experience in:ReconciliationsMonth-end closeJournal entries (Accruals, Adjustments)Invoicing & billingProficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)Advanced Excel skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilityHigh attention to detail and accuracy
