Director- Supply Chain ServicesPosition: Director, Supply Chain ServicesLocation : GurgaonJob Description:Reporting to Senior Director, to lead ongoing Operations team to ensure KPI’s are met and to constantly innovate value propositions in achieving Operational Excellence.Coach, engage and manage teams across different locations / culture.Work closely with Business leaders to analyze Business Process, identify areas of Improvement and drive process/system change across business groups.Lead Projects & Programs with cross functionals teams and deliver business solutions.Strong in team work and able to operate in an environment of changing priorities and deadlinesHave deep practical knowledge of Import /Export, Operations, Customs & Trade consulting, shipping and International Business.Plan and implement the local supply chain strategy, to increase efficiency and profitability.Perform other duties as assigned by Management.Qualifications:Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Business Administration or related discipline preferredMinimum 18-22 years' relevant experience with at least 9-10 years in managerial level with team handling experience with a minimum of 20 team sizeExpert in the area of shipping documentation, supply chain management and trade terms and regulations in logistics function of sourcing officeAble to communicate and work with Senior Leadership teams up to Top Management Level.Able to work under pressure, result oriented, excellent communication skills, self-motivated, responsive and detail mindedWell-developed people management skills, ability to lead and inspire teams to accomplish objectivesWell organized individual, able to manage multiple tasks, strong problem solving skills, able to meet deadlinesExcellent command of written and spoken English,Excellent skills in Microsoft office programs
