Merchandising & Procurement InternLocation: Jaipur (On-site)Company: OniisaabAbout the RoleWe’re looking for someone who can own the backend of product drops—from sampling to final delivery. This is not a passive internship. You will be directly responsible for ensuring that products are planned, produced, and delivered on time.If you’re detail-oriented, proactive, and obsessed with execution, this role will give you real exposure to building a fashion brand from the inside.What You’ll Do1. Procurement & Vendor CoordinationRaise and manage Purchase Orders (POs)Coordinate with vendors for fabric, trims, and production timelinesFollow up daily to ensure on-time deliveryMaintain vendor tracker (costing, timelines, delays)2. Merchandising & Product ExecutionAssist in planning quantities and size ratiosTrack sampling (proto → fit → final sample)Ensure all SKUs are production-ready before launchCoordinate with internal teams for shoot and launch readiness3. Inventory & Order TrackingTrack inward of finished goodsMaintain SKU-level inventory sheetsFlag delays, shortages, or quality issues proactively4.
