Company DescriptionU-FLEX WIRES AND CABLES.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven OEM Business Development Manager to drive sales growth and strategic partnerships with OEM clients in the wires and cables segment. The ideal candidate will have strong relationships with OEMs in industries such as electrical equipment, appliances, automotive, EPC, and industrial machinery.Key Responsibilities:Identify, develop, and manage relationships with OEM clients to generate new business opportunities.Drive sales of wires and cable solutions to OEM customers across assigned territories.Understand customer technical requirements and coordinate with internal technical and production teams.Develop and execute OEM sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with key OEM accounts.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new project opportunities.Work closely with product development and marketing teams for customized solutions.Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates for management.Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.Key Requirements:5–10 years of experience in OEM sales within wires, cables, electrical components, or related industries.Strong network with OEMs in sectors such as appliances, automotive, switchgear, panel builders, or industrial equipment manufacturers.Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.Ability to travel for client meetings and business development activities.Key Skills:OEM Sales & Business DevelopmentKey Account ManagementTechnical SalesContract NegotiationMarket DevelopmentRelationship ManagementInterested candidates can send their resume to with the subject line: Application – OEM Business Development Manager (Wires & Cables).WHATSAPP NO - 8750009090
