Ltd.Location: Jaipur (On-site; hospital visits included)Experience: 2–6 years (flexible for exceptional candidates)About MedMitraMedMitra is building an AI-powered healthcare platform that streamlines OPD/IPD workflows - intake, clinical documentation, diagnostics, pharmacy, claims, and follow-ups - so doctors and hospitals can deliver faster, better care.What you’ll doHospital requirement gathering: Meet hospital stakeholders (doctors, admin, front desk, billing, pharmacy, lab) to capture workflows, gaps, and constraints.Translate to product execution: Convert insights into clear product requirements - PRDs, user stories, process maps, wireframes, and acceptance criteria.Engineering coordination: Work closely with engineers to plan sprints, clarify requirements, unblock execution, and ensure on-time delivery.Release ownership: Manage releases end-to-end - QA coordination, UAT with hospitals, rollout, training notes, and post-launch feedback loops.Prioritization & roadmap: Prioritize features based on impact, effort, urgency, and customer value; maintain a living roadmap.Metrics & adoption: Track usage and outcomes (turnaround time, errors, drop-offs, satisfaction) and iterate based on data + feedback.You’re a great fit if you have2–6 years experience as a Product Manager / Business Analyst / Implementation PM in SaaS / B2B / Healthtech / Enterprise softwareStrong ability to convert messy real-world problems into structured requirementsComfort working with technical teams (APIs, workflows, edge cases, QA mindset)Excellent communication: can align doctors, admins, and engineersHigh ownership: you don’t just “write requirements”—you ship outcomesBonus pointsWorked with hospital software: HIMS/HIS, EMR/EHR, billing/TPA, lab/pharmacy workflowsFamiliarity with ABDM/ABHA, claims processes (TPA/RGHS/CGHS), or clinical opsExperience with tools: Notion/Jira/Figma/Slack (or equivalents)What we offerHigh-ownership role with direct impact on real hospitalsFast shipping culture + direct access to founders and engineersOpportunity to build products used daily by doctors and patientsApplySend your resume + a short note on why you’re a fit to Subject: Product Manager – Jaipur | MedMitra (Optional but preferred: share a PRD / user story / case study of something you shipped.)
