Project planning & control manager

Number of position- 02Education- Btech in civilExperience- 4-6 years of experience in project planning and controls for construction/infrastructure projects.Essential/ Key Responsibilities-* Develop, maintain and control L1-L5 project schedules using Primavera P6* Prepare and manage resource-loaded and cost-loaded programmes.* Monitor project progress, identify deviations and analyze reasons for slippages*Recommend and implement corrective and preventive actions to bring projects back on track.* Conduct schedule risk assessment and delay analysis* Coordinate with site, contracts, procurement and commercial teams for schedule alignment.* Support PMO reporting with accurate forecasts and planning inputs* Regularly visit project sites to validate progress and constraintsOperational Duties-* Update schedules based on site progress and approved changes* Validate physical progress against planned activities* Prepare recovery programmes and track implementation.* Facilitate look-ahead planning and short-interval control.* Support training and mentoring of site teams on planning tools and processes* Prepare weekly and monthly planning reports and dashboards* Maintain schedule documentation, baselines and change records.Apply on -
