We Are Hiring – Area Business Manager (Rooftop Solar)Location: Rajasthan ( Different locations)⏱ Joining: ImmediateSalary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month + Good Incentives---About the CompanyWe are a growing rooftop solar installation company providing complete solar solutions for residential and small commercial buildings, including site survey, installation, net metering, and government subsidy assistance.---Job Role: Area Business Manager – Rooftop SolarThe Area Business Manager will be responsible for marketing, lead generation, customer interaction, and closing rooftop solar installation projects in and around Rajasthan at different locations.---Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through field marketing, door-to-door visits, and local outreachExplain rooftop solar benefits, pricing, and government subsidy to customersConduct site visits and coordinate with technical/installation teamsBuild and manage relationships with local customers, societies, shop owners, and institutionsMaintain customer data, follow-ups, and sales recordsAchieve monthly sales targetsRepresent the company professionally in the local market---Candidate RequirementsGraduate / MBA preferred (Sales / Marketing/Management)Experience in field sales or marketing (solar experience preferred)Good communication skills in Hindi (local language knowledge is a plus)Comfortable with field work and customer interactionBasic knowledge of WhatsApp, smartphone, and simple documentationHonest, target-oriented, and self-motivated---Why Join Us?Fast-growing renewable energy sectorFixed salary + performance-based incentivesOpportunity to grow with the companyLocal working area (Different Locations of Rajasthan)
