Job Title: Static Hotel Data Management SpecialistLocation: RemoteEmployment Type: Full-Time (Day/Night Shifts)About the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented Hotel Rates & Promotions Quality Analyst to manage and validate static hotel data, including room rates, promotions, special offers, and commercial calendars. This role plays a critical part in ensuring 100% data accuracy across systems, directly impacting revenue performance and guest experience.This position is ideal for candidates with experience in hospitality operations, OTA platforms, hotel ARI management, rate auditing, and data quality assurance.Key ResponsibilitiesAudit and validate hotel rates, promotions, discounts, and special offers loaded into internal systems.Cross-check system data against contracts, rate sheets, and source documents to ensure accuracy.Identify and correct discrepancies in room rates, ARI, promotional offers, and packages.Maintain and update hotel rate calendars and commercial conditions accurately and on time.Use internal tools and online platforms to ensure real-time, error-free rate distribution.Develop and follow quality assurance checklists and SOPs to standardize verification processes.Collaborate with Supply, Commercial, and Operations teams to align data with active campaigns.Approve data for publication only after full validation to prevent incorrect live pricing.Prepare data quality and accuracy reports, sharing insights for continuous improvement.Meet SLAs, deadlines, and KPIs in a fast-paced, operations-driven environment.Required Qualifications & SkillsExperience in hotel data management, quality assurance, rate auditing, OTA operations, or hospitality data roles.Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).Strong attention to detail with a zero-error mindset.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of data tools.Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns, inconsistencies, and errors.Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).Ability to perform repetitive data validation tasks with sustained accuracy.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team setupWhy Join UsFully remote work environmentExposure to hospitality, OTA, and travel-tech operationsOpportunity to work in a data-driven, quality-focused roleInclusive and diverse workplace
