This role will give you hands-on exposure to hospital operations, cross-functional coordination, process monitoring, and quality/process improvement support.This internship may lead to a full-time opportunity based on performance, role availability, and business needs.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport day-to-day operational coordination across hospital departments (administration, nursing, diagnostics, pharmacy, billing, etc.)Assist in tracking operational KPIs and maintaining daily/weekly trackers (turnaround times, service flows, escalations, follow-ups)Help document processes/SOPs and support adherence to defined workflowsAssist in identifying bottlenecks and proposing basic process improvementsSupport quality checks and documentation required for operational reviews/auditsPrepare summaries, reports, and presentation decks for internal reviewsParticipate in meetings and follow up on action items with stakeholdersInternship DetailsType: Paid Internship (Full-time)Work Mode: On-siteLocation: Jaipur, RajasthanDuration: Performance-based (internship duration may be extended and may convert to full-time based on performance and organizational requirements)QualificationsCurrently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Healthcare/Hospital Management, or a related fieldStrong organizational, administrative, and time management skillsAbility to analyze data, identify trends, and suggest improvementsStrong communication and teamwork skills; comfortable working with multiple departmentsProblem-solving mindset and willingness to take initiativeProficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) or similar toolsPrior internship/experience in hospital operations or operations management is a plusHow to ApplyApply via LinkedIn.
