Headquartered in Jaipur, India's jewellery hub, Derewala has expanded its global footprint, serving esteemed clients in over 30 countries across 6 continents.Location- Sitapura, JaipurWorking Days- 6Salary budget- upto 45KKey Responsibilities:- Identify and develop reliable suppliers for materials and services. - Negotiate prices, payment terms, and contracts to ensure cost efficiency. - Develop and implement sourcing strategies for key categories. - Conduct market analysis and benchmark pricing to ensure competitiveness. - Coordinate with production, planning, and quality teams for material requirements. - Monitor supplier performance in terms of quality, cost, and delivery. - Drive cost-saving and vendor development initiatives. - Maintain procurement data, supplier records, and contracts in ERP. - Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement guidelines.Qualification:- Graduate in Engineering / Commerce / Supply Chain Management. - MBA / PGDM preferred.Experience:- 4–6 years in strategic sourcing / procurement, preferably in manufacturing.Skills Required:- Strong negotiation and communication skills. - Analytical and cost management ability. - Knowledge of ERP/SAP and Excel. - Vendor evaluation and relationship management. - Market research and sourcing strategy skills.
