Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic & Operational Leadership● Drive execution of cross-functional strategic initiatives on behalf of the Directors.● Serve as a business partner on operational decision-making, performance tracking, and functional excellence.● Translate vision and goals into action plans, tracking and reporting progress across the leadership team.Brand & Business Strategy● Oversee and refine brand positioning in alignment with business growth and customer insight.● Collaborate with marketing, creative, and product teams to ensure brand integrity and market consistency.● Own brand-led initiatives including launches, rebranding, or expansion into new customer segments.New Initiatives & Business Building● Incubate and lead new business initiatives from concept to execution.● Evaluate new markets, product verticals, or operating models in collaboration with the leadership team.● Support global expansion or diversification where applicable.People Leadership & Hiring● Build, lead, and mentor a team of staff managers supporting various verticals (ops, analytics, brand, etc.).● Drive senior-level hiring decisions in collaboration with HR and department heads.● Cultivate a high-performance, ownership-led culture across all levels.Financial Stewardship● Work closely with finance and business heads to manage P&L oversight, budgeting, and unit economics.● Optimize cost structure and efficiency across projects and teams.● Own periodic business reviews with financial performance and goal alignment.
