Reporting Time: 10:00 AM till 12:00 AM Round 1 - Aptitude Assessment (10:30 AM to 12:30 PM) Round 2 - Ops Screening Face to Face interview (1:00 PM to 04:00 PM) Note - Post 12:00 AM (entry not allowed) Job Description: Job Location : Jaipur Qualification : Any Bachelor's degree Shifts: Rotational Shift Notice Period : Immediate joiners only Generic Skill set: Strong customer orientation Clear written & oral communication/customer service skills with external as well as internal customers Excellent analytical & interpersonal skills Front-line interaction with Sales, dealers, or Service providers. Adaptability- ability to prioritize cases Interaction with cross functional departments (Order Management, Billing etc.) Ensure a good end-to-end follow-up Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to lead a team and work collaboratively. Manage the SLAs and KPIs Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Able to contact Service Provider communicate service request resolution requirements, actions, and timelines. Provide subject matter expertise for complex issues Address requires training needs for filling knowledge gaps Identify and communicate opportunities for continuous process improvement Flexible to work in PST hours and in any shift Flexible to work 100 % work from office Able to Manage the complete Back-office support process Technical skill set : Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel. Very good experience in ERP/CRM systems Proficiency in preparing reports and presentations Must have skills : Good knowledge of processing orders and expertise in related systems Good knowledge of managing contracts and expertise in related systems Good Knowledge in Billing and Invoice and expertise in related systems Very good reporting knowledge Assist Solution Providers with service-related requests. Able to work large volume and complex service requests Able to maintain quality to the agreed level in all work undertaken Able to adhere to the existing policies of the client with regards to releasing specific information and resolution of inquiries and complaints Able to duly fill out tracking systems & forms as needed/required Experience & Education : 5+ years of relevant experience with at least 1 years' experience in BPO environment Education with Bachelor's Degree Regards, Infosys BPM Recruitment team
