Job DetailsType: Permanent Full-timeLocation: In-person (Bangalore, India)Reports To: Art LeadNumber of Openings: 1Experience: 2 to 4 yearsResponsibilities:Create quick and detailed drawings and paintings of environments, characters, buildings, vehicles and props (including the creation of thumbnails, layout and mood board )Collaborate with the project team to brainstorm and effectively interpret the project brief.Researching relevant project material including translation styles, characters, and similar projects.Present concepts, research findings, and visual references to the project team for alignment and approval.Interpreting initial ideas and creating quick sketch drafts for review.Create detailed concept designs in formats tailored to the project brief, such as 2D drawings or 3D renders.Actively participate in feedback sessions, carefully documenting required changes and updates.Develop and refine characters, environments, props, and designs based on client and team feedback.Manage project timelines and schedules effectively, promptly reporting any challenges or delays to the supervisor.Keeping up to date with the latest design trends and advancements in technology.Manage project timelines and schedules and report any issues to the supervisor.Keeping up to date with the latest design trends and advancements in technology.Requirements:Required Qualifications:Painting, Drawing, and Art skillsMinimum of 2 year's experience as a concept artist preferredRelevant degree or certification in Fine Arts or related fieldProficiency in Photoshop is essential, including a strong understanding of tools, layers, masks, and advanced featuresResearch skills for art inspirationCreative thinking and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent attention to detail and artistic visionAbility to work collaboratively in a teamKnowledge of different art techniques and mediumsDeliver bold and impactful results, even under tight deadlines, by combining creativity, focus, and resilienceWillingness to incorporate new AI tools and to be creative about workflows to produce production content efficiently.
