We are looking for a candidate who has a background in Jewelry Design having a knack of fine jewelry/gemstones along with interacting with clients on their potential queries. This is a dual-role position combining design and interactive support, ideal for someone who understands jewelry and enjoys working with clients to bring their vision to life.Key Responsibilities: Create original and elegant designs for fine jewelry and custom pieces. Assist in creating seasonal collections and bespoke client pieces. Promptly respond to incoming customer inquiries via live chat, email, and phone with professionalism and brand-aligned tone. Interact with customers to understand their design requirements, preferences, and budgets. Offer guidance on gemstones, metals, and customization options.Requirements: Strong knowledge of Fine Jewelry, including gemstones, precious metals, and luxury design.
