For over five decades, we have been creating thoughtfully designed furniture, learning environments, and play-based spaces that positively impact children, educators, and families worldwide.Role OverviewWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Playspace Designer / Interior Designer to design engaging, functional, and age-appropriate early childhood classrooms and playspaces. This role involves direct client and consumer interaction, end-to-end ownership of design projects, and close collaboration with internal teams to deliver well-executed learning environments.You will be responsible not only for designing spaces but also for guiding clients through the complete design journey - from concept to post-design support.Key Responsibilities- Design and plan early childhood classrooms, playrooms, and learning environments - Create space plans, layouts, and zoning tailored to age groups and pedagogy - Develop 3D layouts, furniture configurations, and spatial visualizations - Create concept boards, mood boards, renders, sketches, and CAD drawings - Handle direct client/consumer communication via email and presentations - Understand client requirements and translate them into functional design solutions - Present design concepts clearly and confidently to clients - Assist clients through the entire post-design process, including revisions, documentation, and execution support - Coordinate with internal teams for product integration and innovation - Build and maintain object libraries and design documentation - Stay updated with design trends, materials, tools, and early learning space innovationsRequirements- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino, 3ds Max, Kujiale (or similar tools) - Strong sense of space planning, scale, color, and material application - Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines efficiently - Good written and verbal communication skills, especially in English - Comfort in handling clients, feedback, and design iterations - Experience in playspaces, interiors, or early learning educational environments is a plusBonus Skills- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite - Knowledge of children-centric design principles - Prior exposure to client-facing or consumer design rolesNote: Applications without both CV and Portfolio will not be considered.Candidates based in Jaipur are preferred.If interested, kindly share your CV and portfolio (max 10MB) at phalder@.
