Senior Furniture SalesSalary: 3-5lpaLocation: HyderabadJob Description* Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through effective client engagement.* Conduct in-store consultations, understand customer requirements, and recommend suitable furniture solutions.* Build and maintain long-term relationships with walk-in and corporate clients.* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring repeat business and referrals.* Follow up on leads, quotations, and orders proactively.* Maintain in-depth knowledge of furniture materials, styles, ergonomics, finishes, and pricing.* Stay updated with market trends and competitor offerings.* Educate customers on product features, durability, and maintenance.* Support showroom merchandising and maintain attractive display standards.* Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for delivery and installation.* Handle billing, order tracking, and documentation.* Mentor junior sales staff and assist in complex client interactions.* Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and product performance.* 4–7+ years of experience in furniture sales or premium retail.* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.* Ability to understand client tastes and recommend appropriate designs.* Knowledge of interior design concepts is an added advantage.* Professional appearance and behavior* Target-driven mindset* Strong problem-solving ability* Ability to work weekends and holidays if required
