About the RoleWe are looking for a passionate and creative Floral Designer to join our team at Ferns N Petals (FNP). The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for aesthetics, color coordination, and floral artistry — capable of bringing life to bouquets, arrangements, and event décor concepts. You’ll be working closely with the product, design, and events teams to craft stunning floral experiences for our customers across categories.Key ResponsibilitiesConceptualize and design innovative floral arrangements, bouquets, and décor setups aligned with brand aesthetics.Collaborate with product and design teams to create new floral SKUs for online and retail collections.Design floral concepts for events, weddings, and corporate installations.Source, select, and maintain high-quality flowers, foliage, and accessories.Ensure quality control, freshness, and visual appeal of all floral products.Stay updated with current floral trends, color palettes, and design techniques.Maintain an organized floral workstation and oversee arrangement production.Manage vendor relationships and coordinate timely deliveries of floral materials.Key Skills & Requirements2–5 years of experience in floral design, event décor, or related creative fields.Strong sense of color, balance, and aesthetics.Excellent knowledge of flower types, seasonality, and handling techniques.Creative mindset with attention to detail.Ability to work under tight timelines and deliver high-quality designs.Hands-on experience with floral foam, wiring, and arrangement mechanics.A portfolio of previous floral or décor work will be an added advantage.Preferred BackgroundDiploma or certification in Floral Design, Horticulture, Event Design, or Fine Arts.Experience in a premium floral, gifting, or event décor brand preferred.
