Fashion Designer – Emerging Clothing BrandWe’re looking for a passionate and creative Fashion Designer to help build a new clothing brand from the ground up. You’ll play a key role in shaping our design identity and bringing collections to life — from concept to production.Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop seasonal collections aligned with the brand vision - Create sketches, mood boards, and digital mockups - Research trends, colors, and materials for fresh ideas - Select fabrics, trims, and finishes - Prepare detailed tech packs and coordinate with pattern makers and suppliers - Support the creative process from ideation to sampling - Collaborate closely with the founders on product development and storytellingMinimum Qualifications & Skills:- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field - Strong understanding of garment construction and fabrics - Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop or similar design tools - Ability to create mood boards, sketches, and technical drawings - Strong trend awareness and creativity - Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills - Detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environmentExperience:- Minimum 4–5 years of experience as a Fashion DesignerSalary:- ₹20,000 – ₹32,000 INR per month (based on experience and skill level)If you’re innovative, driven, and excited to build something meaningful, we’d love to connect with you.Join us and help create a brand that’s more than clothing — it’s a statement.
