This is afoundational hireas part of ourpilot batch , which means you’ll play a key role in defining the creative voice of our agency.We're looking for someone who lives for aesthetics, understands social trends, and can turn briefs into high-performing content across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.Key Responsibilities Design social media creatives (posts, carousels, stories, ad banners) Edit short-form videos for Reels, YouTube Shorts, and ads Work on branding projects (logos, identity kits, guidelines) Collaborate with the content and ads team to create engaging visual assets Maintain brand consistency while customizing designs for each client Stay updated with current design and video trends in digital marketingMust-Have Skills Proficiency inAdobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva Strong video editing skills inAdobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar tools Understanding of social media formats and dimensions (especially vertical video) Good sense of typography, layout, and visual storytelling Portfolio of design + video editing work (required for shortlisting)Bonus Skills (Not Mandatory but Preferred) Basic animation/motion graphics Experience with meme marketing or viral short-form content UI/UX design basics (Figma or Adobe XD) Experience working with influencers or creators
