Role Description We are seeking a creative and experienced Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate client briefs into compelling visual solutions. As an experienced designer, you will lead design projects from concept to completion, ensuring that all work aligns with our clients' brand identities and marketing goals. You will also provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring a collaborative and productive team environment. The role requires someone who can balance creativity with practicality, delivering engaging and innovative designs that captivate audiences while staying true to brand guidelines. Qualifications 2+ Years in a Creative Role:  Experience of at least two years in a creative role, demonstrating growth and leadership in design positions. Diverse Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing varied design work, including branding, digital, web, and motion graphics. Advanced Adobe Suite Skills:  Proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop. Additional knowledge of AfterEffects is a plus. Project Management Experience:  Ability to manage multiple projects from concept to delivery, setting deadlines, and meeting client expectations. Creative Problem-Solving:  Strong ability to think creatively and provide unique solutions. Attention to Detail:  High level of accuracy in design work. Effective Communication:  Strong verbal and written skills for clear project communication. Branding Expertise:  Deep understanding of brand identity, including typography, colour theory, and visual storytelling. Strategic Thinking:  Ability to align design with business objectives.
