Customer Support Representative

We are looking for a highly confident and articulate Customer Support Representative to support our Staffing Team. This role is ideal for individuals with exceptional spoken English skills who can effectively engage with candidates and create a strong first impression on behalf of the organization.You will work closely with recruiters to source, connect, and communicate with candidates, ensuring a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with recruiters to identify and source potential candidates through job portals, databases, and other channelsInitiate outbound calls and confidently communicate with candidates to introduce job opportunitiesConduct initial screening and assess candidate suitability through effective conversationsMaintain consistent follow-ups and build strong engagement with candidatesClearly understand job requirements and align candidate profiles accordinglyMaintain accurate records and update candidate information in internal systemsCoordinate interview schedules and ensure smooth communication between candidates and recruitersDeliver a professional, positive, and engaging candidate experience at every interactionRequired Skills & Qualifications:Excellent spoken English skills (mandatory) – clarity, fluency, and confidence are key1–3 years of experience in Customer Support / BPO / Recruitment Coordination / SourcingStrong interpersonal, persuasion, and communication skillsComfortable working in night shift (US time zone)Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environmentBasic knowledge of job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) is a plus.What We’re Looking For:Candidates with outstanding verbal communication and a confident phone presenceIndividuals who enjoy speaking with people and building connectionsProactive and quick learners with a problem-solving mindsetReliable professionals looking for a long-term opportunity in staffing/recruitment support.About BrickRed Systems:BrickRed Systems is a global leader in next-generation technology, consulting, and business process services.
