The role requires someone deeply involved in the daily hustle of office and project sites, ensuring smooth operations, monitoring, coordination, and financial tracking.Key ResponsibilitiesOffice Administration:Manage day-to-day office operationsMaintain files, records, documents, and registersManage office supplies, assets, and vendor coordinationSupport management with daily administrative tasksSite Administration & Management:Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and vendorsMaintain site documentation, material inward/outward records, and registersConduct regular site visits and ensure smooth communication between office and siteFinance & Accounts Support:Handle day-to-day financial coordination and record-keepingMaintain expense records, petty cash, and payment trackingCoordinate vendor bills, invoices, and payment follow-upsAssist in preparing basic MIS reports related to expenses and site costsSupport senior management with required documents and dataEnsure proper filing of financial documents and payment recordsCCTV & Monitoring:Monitor CCTV cameras for office and project sitesEnsure camera systems are working and report issues immediatelyMaintain monitoring logs as required by managementOperational Support:Actively handle urgent tasks, follow-ups, and problem-solvingEnsure smooth day-to-day coordination across departmentsSupport management with any operational or site-related requirementsSkills & Requirements:Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational skillsAbility to handle office work, site work, and finance tasks simultaneouslyBasic understanding of accounts, billing, and expense managementComfortable with site visits and CCTV monitoringGood communication skills Qualifications:Graduate or equivalent experience 2–6 years of experience in Admin / Office & Site Coordination with Finance exposureExperience in construction / infrastructure / real estate industry preferredIdeal Candidate Profile:Proactive, disciplined, and detail-orientedTakes ownership, not just instructionsComfortable with pressure and fast-paced workTrustworthy with financial data and records
