The role requires someone deeply involved in thedaily hustle of office and project sites , ensuring smooth operations, monitoring, coordination, and financial tracking.Key Responsibilities Office Administration: Manageday-to-day office operations Maintainfiles, records, documents, and registers Manage office supplies, assets, and vendor coordination Support management with daily administrative tasks Site Administration & Management: Coordinate withsite engineers, supervisors, contractors, and vendors Maintainsite documentation , material inward/outward records, and registers Conduct regularsite visitsand ensure smooth communication between office and site Finance & Accounts Support: Handleday-to-day financial coordinationand record-keeping Maintainexpense records , petty cash, and payment tracking Coordinatevendor bills, invoices, and payment follow-ups Assist in preparingbasic MIS reportsrelated to expenses and site costs Support senior management with required documents and data Ensure proper filing of financial documents and payment records CCTV & Monitoring: MonitorCCTV camerasfor office and project sites Ensure camera systems are working and report issues immediately Maintain monitoring logs as required by management Operational Support: Actively handleurgent tasks, follow-ups, and problem-solving Ensure smooth day-to-day coordination across departments Support management with any operational or site-related requirementsSkills & Requirements: Strongcoordination, follow-up, and organizational skills Ability to handleoffice work, site work, and finance tasks simultaneously Basic understanding ofaccounts, billing, and expense management Comfortable withsite visits and CCTV monitoring Good communication skillsQualifications: Graduate or equivalent experience 2–6 years of experience inAdmin / Office & Site Coordination with Finance exposure Experience inconstruction / infrastructure / real estateindustry preferredIdeal Candidate Profile: Proactive, disciplined, and detail-oriented Takesownership , not just instructions Comfortable with pressure and fast-paced work Trustworthy with financial data and records
