This role ensures customers are informed, staff is managed, records are clean, and expenses are controlled. No involvement in production, core purchasing, or logistics execution.Core Responsibilities1. Customer Relationship ManagementHandle inbound leads from WhatsApp, calls, website, Meta ads, architects, and dealersQualify leads and convert them into confirmed ordersMaintain zero-miss follow-ups using CRM toolsShare accurate order status updates with customers based on inputs from production and logistics teamsCoordinate internally for information, not executionHandle customer complaints, replacements, and escalations till closureMaintain clean customer, lead, and order data in CRM / ERPCollect post-delivery feedback and support repeat business2. Office AdministrationManage day-to-day office operations and disciplineEnsure office infrastructure, utilities, and supplies are functionalHandle only office-related purchases and consumablesCoordinate with external service providers for office needsMaintain office registers, records, and trackers3. Staff AdministrationMaintain attendance, leave, and holiday recordsManage staff documentation including joining forms and ID recordsCoordinate onboarding and exit documentationEnsure HR-related formats and SOPs are followedEscalate staff-related issues to management with facts, not opinions4. Documentation & RecordsMaintain structured digital and physical documentationEnsure all formats, checklists, and approvals are followedUpdate records daily without backlogSupport audits, compliance checks, and internal reviewsEnsure zero missing or outdated documents5.
