Job Description – CMA (Plant/Manufacturing)Position: CMA – Plant Accounts / Costing Location: Bassi -1 & Manda - 1 Department: Finance & Accounts Reporting To: Sr. Manager (accounts) at Head office.Job SummaryWe are looking for a qualified CMA professional to manage plant accounting, costing, MIS, budgeting, inventory control, and financial analysis for our manufacturing plant. The candidate should have strong knowledge of cost accounting, plant operations, and ERP systems.Key ResponsibilitiesPreparation and analysis of product costing and cost sheets. Monitoring of production cost, material consumption, and wastage analysis. Inventory accounting, stock verification, and reconciliation. Preparation of monthly MIS reports and variance analysis. Budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities. Coordination with production, stores, and procurement departments. Handling plant accounting entries and reconciliation. Ensuring compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements. Support in internal audit, statutory audit, and cost audit. Monitoring CAPEX and operational expenses. ERP data management and reporting. Required QualificationsCMA Qualified. 2–3 years of experience in manufacturing/plant accounting. Good knowledge of costing, inventory control, and MIS. Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software (SAP). Strong analytical and communication skills. Preferred SkillsExperience in FMCG/Manufacturing industry. Knowledge of cost audit and budgeting. Ability to work independently and handle deadlines. SalaryAs per industry standards and experience.JoiningImmediate / Within 30 days preferred.
