The Accountant will handle day-to-day financial activities, including maintaining and reconciling financial records, preparing accurate financial reports, overseeing accounts payables and receivables, and managing budgets. Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with financial regulations, monitoring cash flow, and providing financial insights to support decision-making processes.QualificationsProficiency in accounting software, financial reporting, and budgetingStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of tax regulations, payroll management, and auditing practicesAttention to detail and accuracy in financial data managementEffective communication skills and ability to collaborate with different teamsA bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is requiredProfessional certifications like CA, CPA, or equivalent are a plusPrior experience in the handmade goods or manufacturing industry is beneficial
